Contaminated baby food

Complaint against Superdrug

Visited camberwell store, butterfly walk, south east London. 14.5.19 purchased 3 packets of baby organix crisps as well as other items. To find chew holes in 2 out of 3 packets. Also found rodent droppings in base of superdrugs carrier bag. Tried to contact via tel number on receipt number not live. Sourced a alternative number online, consistently engaged. Emailed and I am still awaiting a reply via email. I Facebook messaged them and they replied on 28.5.19. They refunded £2 worth of points back onto my points card as an apology. I contacted local authority health and safety department. They visited store and confirmed rodent activity. They claim I have not emailed them. I am in contact with local authority to find out how this will be resolved as it was baby food products purchased, that is disgusting. And the lack of seriousness and acknowledgement in my complaint is just as bad. Esp from such a large company. Will only shop boots from now on. Disgusting
