Complaint against Superdrug
I was charged £31.48 twice on my card in store, I noticed that after I reached home, Immediately, I emailed their helpdesk, they were of absolutely no help, all they said was to go back to the shop as they can't do anything, I went back to the store the next day, the girl on the counter reassured me that this happens to almost all international cards and the money will be refunded to my account in 5 working days, to this day it has almost been a month and no refund has reflected on my account since. If this happens to all cards, aren't they supposed to fix it? It has left me baffled. How can they be so careless, I was in the exact same situation with Asda and they issued a refund in less than 5 minutes. Now that's some good customer care.
