Complaint against NHS

GP give me a leaflet to refer myself when I asked for Talk therapy in my area I applied to a apt I had a telephone assessment for school was 67 which was severe mental health issues I was told I would hear from them within a day also 3 weeks past and never heard anything after leaving messages am I cold never returned I asked what was on the screen I had apparently been referred to a higher level mental health care to Community Mental Health team Aire Court, I rang my GP (23/12/2016) amazingly as I was speaking to her the information came through on the screen. I was told a referral will now be made. Fri 30/12/2016 I received a letter from Aire Ct (dated 23/12/2016). It said if I require the support I will contact them by 2/1/2017 otherwise I will be discharged.that gave me that day to contact them as Christmas holidays. I rang the two numbers on the letter no answer.i left a message on the woman that had an answer phone, persisted till 5pm-someone answered, told me all the medical professionals broke up,not back until 2/1/2017 told pass my msg on & some one be in touch in 2nd..Today 3rd Jan 2017. No response... It seems the letter was posted to be the day they broke up fully aware of the date that my deadline ran out that they would not be back at work after the Christmas holidays basically booked intentionally without any intent that I could make that conversation to for an assessment asking for help there help with the services for mental health care after 5 years of asking and seeking help on therapy of any sort my mental health condition is deteriorating and I am paid rejected by my doctor and the mental health services are just blanking me and letting me down .
