Complaint against Specsavers
1st they lost my daughter's spectacles and we had to go again. 2nd they did not assist with loyalty points with clicks 3rd they said my husband is also due now they charging us R1700 because my medical aid dont want to pay it because he went 2 weeks before 2 years expired. 4th cause they lost everything of my daughter we eventually was helped all backpacks was gone and she could not get one any more 5th when I got my spectacles i told them i cant see with it. They said i must first use it 2 weeks. Still cant see with it. And if yoy complaint be staff in shop they just have excuses. Worse experience ever will definitely never go to SPECSAVERS again
