Complaint against Specsavers

on calling to collect my spectacles they had fitted a straight line instead of the mushroom as requested on the bifocals. I was told this is not possible when re-active light had been fitted that is why they had fitted the straight bi focals. Knowing this, why wasnt I informed at the time of ordering?. I waited a further ten days, when I called to collect I was told that the lab had cracked the lense and that I would have to wait again. Why did they not phone to tell me? Save a wasted journey.

i was told that the lab scratched my lense and made them wrong. 2 months to receive my WRONG LENSES. I am checking this site https://www.resolver.co.uk/companies/specsavers-complaints as I also have a problem with SPECSAVERS Woking. Will go again and wont stop until I get my expensive progressive glasses changed as they did a WRONG EYE TEST!!
