Wrong eye prescription, despite me saying so at the time

Complaint against Specsavers

Dear Sirs, I had my eyes tested at your London Wall branch. Despite me stating to your technician that the test was wrong and I was not longsighted she disagreed with me persistently and told me my sight must have changed. I now get severe headaches with the prescription provided for my new lenses. My sight is better without the glasses too and my sight is blurred when using the glasses. I'd like to speak with management at Specsavers and would like a refund for the lenses provided. I also will be going elsewhere to get a new test. Regards, Fiona

similar to my case I am checking this site https://www.resolver.co.uk/companies/specsavers-complaints as I also have a problem with SPECSAVERS Woking. Will go again and wont stop until I get my expensive progressive glasses changed as they did a WRONG EYE TEST!!
