[LAPSED] Complaint of not receiving my ehic card

Complaint against EHIC Direct

I made the mistake of applying 4 weeks ago for my card.The money was taken from my account the day after on March21st the amount of £34.50. Plus another amount of £5 on March 28th 2017. It was a complete mistake, I am 80 years of age not used to modern technology and did not realise I could get this card free I can ill afford to pay this money when I had no need to do this. I would like a refund and all my details removed from your records please. I am shortly going away on holiday and need to reapply for my FREE ehic. I will have to take further advice if you do not follow this complaint up quickly .Thank you Margaret Hunt
