I saw an advert for beauty and truth ( ironic wording) for a special offer. When received I was sent two TINY sachets and two full size versions. Nowhere did it explain that I had signed up for a costly subscription, and if not returned I’d have to pay over £60 for the products I never asked for. If I returned them I’d also have to pay the cost, which basically would be over £15. They are threatening to take money out of my account without consent. This is disgraceful.
