continuing demands for payments already made

Complaint against BMI Healthcare

After paying my account by cheque, I was then charged again via my debit card. ( the cheque payment was verified by my bank ). A second payment was stopped. After numerous phone calls and a letter with proof of payment I still did not receive a receipt or an apology. but more demands for payment. Now after 6 months I have been sent yet another invoice asking for payment even though I have had no treatment/services. My bank have been fantastic and have been dealing with it as I have been so distressed by this whole situation.
