PC Charlie Harrison, 42, was a member of Scotland Yard’s Violent Crime Force and had been searching the area for black suspects wanted for violent crimes. Mr Abrahams was approached by Harrison who did not identify himself. For no reason Harrison then kicked Mr Abrahams in the knee causing a fracture that left him on crutches for three months.  Yesterday more than two years after the incident Mr Abrahams got justice for this despicable attack when Harrison was jailed for two years and three months at Southwark crown court.
