Complaint against CORGI HomePlan
I am writing to Corgi homeplan. I took out my corgi homeplan thinking that it is good company.The engineer came an did a service a few months ago.Last month I rang them to say that the boiler pressure kept going down It took me hours to speck to the operator and the phone went dead. I tried again and again there was no answer.....Eventually days after the engineer arrived n return again 3 times and said that Corgi do not cover the fault....He said that the central heating has got a leek and will have to take out floor boards and I have to pay for it. I had no hot water and the engineer never came back....Very poor workmanship and not professional. I have cancelled my direct debit........
