Complaint against CORGI HomePlan

My central heating broke down on Saturday night and I phoned their emergency helpline Sunday morning and wasn't contacted by an engineer within 24 hours. I spent several phone calls speaking to different personnel, they wouldn't let me talk with a manager and cut me of. The agent promised an engineer would come out on the Monday and would phone me. One engineer phoned back and said he wouldn't come until Wednesday evening as Corgi don't pay him enough and he was allegedly too far away. Another engineer phoned back and said he would come on Tuesday afternoon and had told Corgi this. I replied to the engineer that I was told that you would be coming to my house after you finished your job. The engineer told me I had been lied to. It seems Corgi engineers are poorly paid and only do bits of work and won't put themselves out for them. It seems that I have paid the policy and am going to have to sit in the cold for 4 nights plus. Disgrace.
