[RESPONDED] Regarding water leak from loft

Complaint against CORGI HomePlan

Noticed a water leak in bedroom ceiling so water coming from loft but only leaking when my heating being on for a while.I have had insurance with corgi for at least the past 4 years and never made a claim so rang the helpline number on Thursday 1/3/18 to be told someone would ring me back.24 hrs later still not heard anything so rang again to be told an engineer would ring me as soon as possible.Another 24 hrs later now on Saturday 3/3/18 still not heard anything so I rang again 3 times to be cut off every time after 15 minutes.So I tried again today 4/3/18 as I still not heard anything 72 hrs after my initial phone call and again 3 times cut off after 15 minutes each time.Now I know the engineers are busy and I realise I am not a priority but I have had no heating now for 3 days and am disgusted that I have not even had a phone call back and can not get through on the helpline.I hope this complaint is passed onto corgi and needless to say I will not be renewing my policy and will not be recommending corgi to anybody.They are a disgrace.

Hi thankyou for the reply an engineer came Wednesday 7/3/18 and the problem fixed.
