Complaint against CORGI HomePlan
On the first of March evening red and blue lights and strong vibrations on the Worcester boiler temped me to switch off in case of explosions. Outside the snow and freezing temperatures we needed the warmth of the radiators. Phoning the customer help line was futile, after a couple of hours we gave up. We pay every month for this policy and were rejected, not a comforting voice from them to say "sorry, our lines are busy" or you are, say "3rd.in the queue", nothing!!! The next morning the same old story and another icy indoors without heating as the boiler was put out of action fearing that explosion might be eminent. Luckily, I remember an old man who worked as a boiler man, and he suggested to thaw out the frozen external PVC pipe and so far its looking good. What annoyed us is that the company do not care for the old and infirm anymore but only after your money.
