Complaint against One Call Insurance
The complaint is made up of several elements as follows: 1. I have received an email from One Call who have taken money from my account £70+ without my permission and without contacting me first because they claim I did not produce evidence of my No Claims Bonus. I was never asked to provide this information (it is now in the post) and no other insurer has asked to provide this, and although I do not object how do other providers receive this proof? 2. They did not send me any insurance documents and I had to phone them (several times without response) and request them. 3. They do not answer the phone and there is a long wait before a person responds to calls (is the number a charged number and this is the reason for delays?) Generally I am not impressed with the level of service received.
