Really poor customer service

Complaint against One Call Insurance

I called two days out of my renewal date and the gentleman I spoke to did not want to speak to me I tried to explain I was changing address and I wasn't going to pay the insurance company as I've moved as the insurance was in its last month and he didn't want to know I called back today as I received an email regarding my renewal state in a letter had been posted to my address I spoke with a young woman and told her I'd moved still me the insurance quote would not be validated as I had moved I then said to her then what is the point in sending me an email with the new quote she couldn't answer that this is not the first problem I have had with this company you're absolutely disgusting as a company I would never ever use one Call Insurance you need to really read the policy document
