Set up subscription without my consent and money taken fraudulently
Complaint against Credit Step
This Company has set up a subscription without my consent. As soon as i realised ( same day), i requested cancellation, which was ignored. £59.80 has now fraudulently been taken out of my Bank Account by this Company. I have requested cancellation once again, and demanded refund of the monies taken. Yet this was ignored again. I have contacted my Banks Fraud Team now, and they are processing my Claim. Everyone beware of this Company. At no point have i requested a subscription, or was even aware that one will be set up!
