Complaint against Credit Perfect
I called Credit Perfect after noticing through internet banking that they had been swiping 14.99 a month for seven months. I had a heated argument with their customer agent who said there was no refund option. I never recall signing up for a 14.99 a month option for a service I have not used. I want this company closed would be ideal but any means to retrieve £104.93 from them would be welcome. The only option they agreed to was to close this account.
