i wanting to cancel i told them but they have not listened and still not canceled my membership

Complaint against Credit Perfect

i had a phone call from member of there team wanting to discuss my account had to go threw security check s and all sorts which i did then he was telling me the benefits i had and what could use them to do look at credit report ect and loans i could get i then clearly told him i am no longer wanting a loan and also i no longer want to be a member i would like to cancel my membership he then said ok no problem i will send an email with a link on which you can click on to go ahead and cancel your membership so i thought ok no problem but then a shock horror as i have checked my emails he has sent me a message saying thankyou for choosing to stay with us and as i have done this i will get another month free as discussed on the phone well no that was not discussed on the phone i said i wanted to cancel so now i am stuck on how am i supposed to cancel as there is no way of doing so on there web site i will be trying to phone customer services tomorrow see how far i get with it that way but from these reviews i dont think i will get very far with that i dont know what to do now how to stop money been taken out of my bank for a service contract i never wanted and wanted to cancel before the 14 days as it stated i could do i think i may have to visit the citizens advice bureau see if they can hep me with this situation i really dont like how companies can get away with these such thins if they offer an opt out then they should be clear ways to be able to if you wish to and when customer services phone you they should listen n do what you have asked not totally ignore and make stories u sending email confirmations that are false information totally disgusting this will be the last time i ever sign up to anything even if it says you have 14 days to cancel or not no way lesson definitely learnt
