[LAPSED] Money taken from my account without authorisation

Complaint against Credit Perfect

Credit perfect have been taking £14.99 from my account for several months. I have never even heard of the company and never benefited from any services they provide. I certainly wasn't aware I had even signed up for any monthly subscription. I have contacted my bank and they have put a marker on it but said I need to contact them directly to cancel future payments. Have tried calling several times and never got through and had no response to my email as of yet. I would really like to be refunded my money as I have been paying for something that I haven't even used.
