[LAPSED] Paid £149.90 without receiving any service

Complaint against Credit Perfect

I filled out online form for this company to get credit September 2016 they where unable to help and I was unable to get credit yet they have been charging me £14.99 a month for a service they did not provide I am unsure from there site how to cancel this account I don't even have a account number. My father assistance with my finances in the past as I have some difficulties but has now past away. How can I stop them from taking my money?
