[LAPSED] Stolen money out of my account

Complaint against Credit Perfect

You have took £14.99 out of my account without permission. I didn't agree to pay this money and I am unaware how you received my bank details. The fraud investigation company froze my card and this is how I was aware the money was taken. They told me to ask for a full refund before going through trading dispute with you. They are aware you are ripping people off and they have made sure your company are unable to steel anymore money from my account. Miss Gee
