[LAPSED] Taking money out of my account without permission.

Complaint against Credit Perfect

I haven't heard of credit perfect before up until the 25th of this month when they decides to take £14.99 out of my bank account! trying to get hold of them proves quite difficult aswell. tried calling several times thoughtout the day with the only outcome being on hold for 20 minutes at a time! another £14.99 has come out of my account today not showing where it has gone. but my guess is it will be this same company!
