[RESPONDED] Taking money without consent.

Complaint against Credit Perfect

I have just noticed today that they took 14.99 out of my account without my knowledge. I have not signed up for anything and would like my money back in my bank Asap. I have informed my bank and will be taking further action if this is not resolved.
