[LAPSED] Taking money without permission

Complaint against Credit Perfect

I was applying for a loan with another company when I was asked if I wanted to check my credit score with credit perfect which I declined yet they still set up a direct debit and charged me 2 months charges in one month when I didn't even agree to ever using their company which I feel the loan company shared my information to allow this to be processed I want my money back and won't stop till I get it, i may sound sour but take away my right to choose what company I use and I tend to not want to ever use your service that's how trust works
