Complaint against Credit Perfect
On the 28/12/2016 this company took it upon themself to take £14.99 out of my account without my permission. Therefore if I am not given a refund within the next 24hrs I will have no option but to take this matter further. This has come as a huge shock to me as that was money in the bank which I needed to purchase something. I have now had to go without purchasing my item because of the theft/fraud of this company. Not only do I want a refund I want componsation for the inconvienience caused by this pathetic company. I look forward to a responce ASAP or this WILL be taken to the courts.
