Complaint against Credit Perfect
I have had a payment taken from my bank account on 27th March of the amount £14.99 which I have not authorised. This has left me overdrawn which I will incur bank charges for. This is unacceptable and I want something done about this to ensure this does not happen again. I did not have any knowledge of this payment and do not want to be left in this situation again. I have not signed up to anything so I want my details removed from your system as if this happens again I will take this complaint further. Regards Chloe Murray
