[RESPONDED] UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT
Complaint against Credit Perfect
Whilst checking my Bank account online yesterday, I noticed I was missing £14.99. It was only this morning, 01/02/2018 that the name 'Credit Perfect', showed up on my statement. I have NEVER submitted my bank account details to ANYONE PERSON or BUSINESS over the internet unless it was related to PAYPAL or EBAY. How this company got my bank details is beyond me and IF it was done by a Third Party, there has been a Breach of the DATA PROTECTION ACT, as my Personal Financial details have been used and PROCESSED, WITHOUT MY WRITTEN CONSENT. I have spoken to my bank and they are looking into the matter.
