[LAPSED] Why is £14.99 per month been took from my bank?

Complaint against Credit Perfect

Im complaining on behalf of my partner as he is registered blind. Having recently received bank statement for 01Jan - 30June 2017 i have noticed payments of £14.99 have been paid to you, Credit perfect! WITHOUT AUTHORISATION! As my partner is unable to work due to many health issues i need the money back as its hard n are struggling anyway. Thanks C. Leigh ( on behalf of ) J. Gibson ( partner/carer)
