Complaint against The Money Shield

I have never heard of this company. Like most people I’m struggling through January and I had just enough to last the month. Except I woke up to find the money shield had taken money from my bank account. Leaving me with less than 2.30. I was very upset. When I called I was told I had an account. However I have never set this up and I was furious. The customer service email does not work that is listed on their website it kept bouncing back I phoned them and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to cancel the call. I have tried leaving messages ‘for head office’ as the gentleman on the phone advised in regards to a refund. I haven’t heard anything back.
