Complaint against Credit Portal

Hi there, My name is BELAL AHMED SHOPON, I asked for my refund 28 of November and after that I had to call them so many times for my money beck but unfortunately been disappointed without any luck. The customer advisors I spoke to are very rude and not helpful. They become aggressive with customer really easily, it is expected when a customer doesn’t get get the money beck he/she will be upset but a customer service advisor should be patient but they r really rude and start arguing with customers even though it’s there fault as I have been waiting for my refund since 28 of November. Today at 13:50 PM I made a 5th phone call to them and advisor refused to give me her name as she was really rude and I wanted to make a complain. I’m going to find people online and let everyone know that this is a con company and stole money from me without my knowledge as I only was looking for loan online and they got my card details through third party and not not returning my money beck and making so many vague excuses every single time I call them
