Direct debits of 19.95 going out my account without me knowing or consent to do so

Complaint against Credit Portal

Hi I've had 7 direct debits of £19.95 dated from the 23 rd December to the 6th January 2017 going out my account without knowing or consent to do so. I have not previously signed any agreement and would like a full refund from this company. This has left me very shocked and saddened and my credit affected massively. Kind regards Edward garden
