I sent a complaint via your website on 2nd January 2018 to which I have had no reply.
Complaint against Credit Portal
Two charges were made by you to my Santander Zero Credit Card for which I have not given my authority. Both payments were for the same amount - £56.85 - one on 1st December 2017 and the second on 18th December 2017. Please refund immediately.
