I have had money taken out of my account for a fair while now. Only just noticed substantial amounts of 19.95 and 56.85. Why is this! I have spoken to the bank and have given me a number I have no answer from this number given. would like a full refund of all the money taken from my account. Why have you been taking money. I don't have access to online banking so have o my just noticed through a paper statement I can see this has been going on since July 2017 maybe earlier I need to et some more paper documents dating further back. I am not happy about this and would like answers.
