Complaint against Credit Portal
At no stage have I ever been contacted by this company or contacted the company myself yet they have taken 2 debits out of my account - £56.85 on 9/10/17 and £19.95 on 23/10/17. Neither of these transactions were authorised and I consider it to be an illegal action (theft/fraud) therefore I have told that I will be contacting the appropriate authorities and have asked them to please refund the money as a matter of urgency.
