Complaint against Monese

Monese has frozen my money without any reason. It's 2 weeks already I'm waiting for money or any answer, but they're ignoring me.

Excellent service so far. I have both gbp and euro account. Use code BELAG214 to receive €20 pounds (around £17). I was able to receive euro on my account not like on my Starling account (not SEPA). The exchange rate good as TransferWise.

I called you 15 times yesterday and I have nothing but a problem with the card was blocked after I received some money from the government I would send you evidence and I see that I am waiting a long time I need that money to pay for the house and the food
