Complaint against Monese
Around 13 June I sold a car and my payment was a amount cash + £300.00 bank transfer. From what i know, that transaction was recalled by the person who bought the car and then my account at Monese was blocked and since then i am unable to use my card and my funds. I’m mentioning that the buyer was not wrong when he transfered me the money i can prove it. I waited for Monese to complete their investigation and finally I got a account closure notification whitch says that my account will be close, but the funds left on it will be returned to another account. I responded to that mail with all the details needed for transfer. Subsequent I received only the funds i already have on my account before the £300 transfer. I called the support and an operator said that the rest i will receive the other day but that didn t happend. In the countless phones I give to Monese, all the operators said that i will recover all my money. I recorded the conversations with all the operators who told me I will recieve all the money, records that also Monese have. I’m mentioning that i have a £300 remaining payment to receive.
