Complaint against The Money Club

Recieved an out of the blue call from the money club to join on 7/6/17 i then telephoned them to cancel on the 23/6/17 well before the 28 days trial period was up and was put through to an automated voicemail service where i left all my details and confirmed i wished to cancel so dont take the £98.On the 5/7/17 £98 was taken from my account i immediatley rang them and followed that up with an email only to then get a letter back on 6/7/17 stating i hadnt cancelled within the time period of 28 days so they wouldnt refund the £98. I wrote a letter on 11/7/17 stating all the facts that i did cancel on the 23/6/17 some 15 days into the trial period i hadnt used the service so please refund the £98 ive had no response nearly a month on. Im writing another letter today to follow this up
