Was told to complete mandate to authorise direct debit
Complaint against The Money Club
Like others before, I have had an annual subscription debited from my account. I was told in the sales call I would be debited £1. I was also led to believe that I was required to complete a mandate to authorise a direct debit within 7 days. I did not do this. Therefore when the debit was taken from my account I contacted their customer services but was told this is not practice anymore. I have asked them to investigate the call but would like this looked into. I found their call handling misleading at best.
