A 2nd letter demanding payment of a debt of £60.52 for anti ageing cream purchased over a year ago.

Complaint against Goldman Reeves

I sent a payment of £2.95 and £3.95 on the 8th October 2015 to cover the postage of the anti ageing cream advertised in a pop up advert on my E Mail I received the cream and didn't give it any more thought until I found that £95 had been taken from my bank account on the 22nd October 2015 without my permission or knowledge. I contacted my bank who, although they could not retrieve the payment, did advise me to cancel my bank card and order a replacement. I received my first letter asking me for £60.52 over a month ago followed by the latest one on 16th December 2016. Both have a reference number. I do not owe them any money and am now wondering if I was taken in by a scam. What can I do It is
