Complaint against Goldman Reeves

I sent off for the free trial of 2 beauty creams earlier in 2016 and was told all had to pay was the postage, which I did. I received the products and placed it in my drawer and forgot about it. I had never seen any demand for payment of any further invoices from this company so assumed that was that. Recently, I received a text saying I should contact the sender immediately. I did not know who was sending the text so I texted back to ask 'who are you?' But received no reply. I thought nothing of it until I received a letter from Goldman Reeves demanding payment. I tried to contact them by phone to make a payment arrangement, as I thought I had not read the small print about further payments. I couldn't get through to a human being and was referred to their website. I tapped their name in and got this website. Now I know I'm not the only one going through these problems, I will not pay and am heading down the CAB for further advice. I knew it was too good to be true!
