Complaint against Hampton Rae

I have had an account with Hampton Rae for over 12 months. I paid £495 no win no fee deposit. Hampton Rae looked into all of my accounts but found no money owing. I have contacted them countless times to trying and obtain my refund and they keep fobbing me off. I completed a form three months ago that would generate a report to state whether there is still a valid case! The report is supposed to be sent to me and I forward it to Hampton Rae. Despite me contacting Hampton Rae to say I still haven't received a report, they tell me that they will submit the request again! Last week I tried phoning and emailing Hampton Rae. It would appear from the phone call that customer service team are undergoing training over a week now. The message suggests leaving a message, but it doesn't record your message, and nobody responds to my emails. Can I get answers now please?
