At no time have I ever contacted your company or has your company been in contact with me, however, you have taken 2 debits out of my account £56.85 on 9/10/17 and £19.95 on 23/10/17. Neither of these transactions were authorised and I consider it to be an illegal action (theft/fraud) therefore I will be contacting the appropriate authorities. Please refund the money as a matter of urgency. Two payments have been taken out of my account without my authorisation or my knowledge. Refund £19.95 from 23 Oct 2017 and £56.85 (!!!!!!!!!) from 9 October 2017. This is very bad practice and I am exceptionally upset and anxious about this.
