Complaint against Policy Expert
For two weeks I have been left without hot water due to the inadequate service between the insurance company and the service providers they use. Every issue imaginable has halted the repair of my boiler and every demand has been met by ourselves. Today when we finally thought the repair was happening, our boiler has apparently been repaired, however is lying on the floor as they won't put the boiler back on the wall. So now I have no heating either, when I phoned the insurance company their advice was to complain to the engineering company, who I also spoke to. Nobody wants to take responsibility.
