i purchased a holiday on 16/5/16 from manor cottages at 8% through top cashback and i saw my money would be added to my account in october when i had paid the balance, this was completed and i saw that my money was due to be added on my account but it never went through in october, i lodged a missing claim with topcashback and now they are claiming they cannot trace it, I ACTUALLY SAW IT ON MY ACCOUNT WAITING TO BE ADDED so they must have a trace somewhere, we are talking about £42!!
