Six phone calls and no response

Complaint against BTG Home Solutions

I have phoned repeatedly in the last few weeks with a faulty Sky box. Every time I am told an engineer will respond within 48 hours. No-one has and the reception desk says they have no facility to take my complaint higher. If I still get no response I am contacting Trading Standards.
