This company has to be the worst in customer service i cancelled my insurance then changed my insurers because they were dearer after asking 3 times for proof of no claims discount they sent me a pdf which i could not open i requested a email which they did not send then 5 months down the line i received a summons from a solicitor because they said i breached the contract i received a letter demanding £121.17 then once i got the letter they said i now owe £240.41 they are not a very good company i would never use them and urge others to be very careful signing up with this company
