I took insurance with this company on the 17th may declared I had a previous claim from another insurance company chap took all my details plus full payment of a £192.00 told me I am now insured ,next day get email to say case from claim was still open so I checked with adrian flux insurance and it was still open but they were very good and closed they admitted fault so got back to van compare there was an issue with wife non fault claim in2014 which I have to admit I forgot all about any way after all of this wanted another £117.00 it was at that point I decided I have had enough of phone calls and speaking to people with bad English so cancelled even being well within 14 days cooling off period they charged me £72.00 which is in my mind a total rip off to. say the least
