Complaint against Go skippy
I had an accident, after I called and made dhd claim I was told that it will all be sorted, great!. Unknowingly to me my MOT ran out 2 days before the accident so insurance was voided, I am now covering the costs of both vehicles, fair enough right?. Well I was sent an email that I need an MOT done in 10days or I will lose my insurance policy which in turn could stop me getting insurance later. They gave me a date for 2 weeks to collect my vehicle for repair, 2 weeks!!, so I'm going to be way off the 10 days. I have cancelled my claim and when I explained to the guy what happened he said "well, we don't cover people break the law", customer service at its best!!. Going to cancel this policy the minute I've paid what I need to.
