Complaint against Post Office Savings

Having opened my new post office account at the beginning of this year, I have only had problem after problem. Living in a small rural community we here only really have the post office to bank with. Barclays are only open a few hours a week and the nearest bank is a 34 mile round journey. So the post office is the one to go for. I went to move some money online to my other account to pay bills, and after trying 3 times my account was closed. I was told it was an online error. However, after many conversations on the phone and several weeks later I was told " I might be best to open a new account. I DONT WANT ANOTHER ACCOUNT. I want the one I have opened up again. This should not take weeks for a click of a button. Please deal with it.

I opened an online Post Office savings account earlier this month. I deposited £17,500 but since 14th January(14 days) I have been unable to access my money. Email complaints have been ignored. This organisation verges on the criminal. I have written to the CEO of the Bank of Ireland.
